What we collect
When you call or write to RED, we collect the details you give us — name, phone number, email, location, preferred contact method, a description of what you need, what “done” looks like, an exact deadline and any extra context you share — so we can assess the problem, quote a price and carry out the job. Calls to the RED line may be recorded, transcribed and summarised to produce an accurate booking.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request, deliver the work, invoice you and keep you updated. Requests are delivered to our dispatch inbox and shared only with the team members and vetted partners needed to complete your job.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, run advertising, or share your details with anyone not involved in your job.
Fees
Every job is quoted as a fixed fee before work begins. Nothing is charged until you accept. Quoted response times are time to first human contact and are not a guarantee of completion time.
